Listening is essential in Mastering, but also in Mixing and all the other stages from recording to final enjoyment of the consumer I've got zero use or love for LANDR, but that was just a rant with very little concrete information.Īlso, I'm the first to admit I don't know what Mastering is either, but doesn't the below fall under mixing? Is it just me or does this high tech operation have very limited support or instructions?

I tried to download the "mixed" album with my android phone but again was stymied. I have a separate problem in that I'm traveling only with expensive mobile internet.

It also wouldn't let me see any of the track settings in the album area. After that it only showed all tracks at medium intensity. I then chose between the 3 levels of intensity in tracks area. If anyone here has experience with it and is satisfied I'd be interested in knowing. I spent most of a day trying to do what should have been straightforward. No comprehensive youtube video that I found. Then I filled out a form asking again.no answer. No comprehensive instruction manual. I sent them messages when they replied that they had cheerfully accepted my money but no answer on some questions. I simply couldn't figure out about a dozen pretty important steps. They convinced me enough to drop down my $46. I didn't know of anyone local and came across this. I decided I was in a hurry to hear a mixed version of a CD that never was properly mastered.
